Winmate introduces the R15IF7T-15inch HMI Panel PC for demanding HMI applications in the railway market, for example, for surveillance and status control of train functions, speed optimization, fleet management, driver assistance systems or CCTV. The compact housing comes with an IP65-compliant front and offers enough space for a 12.1" XGA TFT impact-resistant LCD screen with LED backlighting. Together with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and the projected capacitive touch screen, R15IF7T-15inch HMI Panel PC follows being well readable and easy to use, even when exposed to sunlight, for example, in a driver's cab. The robust display unit comes with an integrated wide-range power supply for 12 VDC according to class S2. In addition, the interior of the electronics is protected against dust and moisture by a conformal coating, designed to operate in a temperature range of -40 to +70°C (+85°C for 10 minutes according to class TX ), and is firmly welded against shock and vibration. By default, the AMD Dual Core processor-based optional for panel PC communicates via 2x Ethernet, 1x USB, 1x audio, GPIO, and a serial interface, all accessible via M12 connectors on the rear. In addition, it has a PCI Express Mini Card and an M.2 slot, for example, to control wireless communication functions such as 2G, 3G, 4G, WLAN or GPS.
