The portfolio includes different system architectures rather than one universal panel computer. Windows-based Standalone Panel PCs are suited to conventional industrial software, SCADA, MES, engineering tools, and machine-control applications. Android Standalone Panel PCs support app-centric operator interfaces and simplified mobile-style industrial software, while large-format P-CAP Panel PCs provide additional screen workspace for supervisory dashboards, multi-panel visualization, production status, and information-rich control environments.
Selecting an Industrial Panel PC should therefore begin with the software workload and deployment architecture. Buyers should evaluate processor performance, operating-system compatibility, screen size, storage, touch interaction, I/O, network connectivity, mounting, front protection, serviceability, environmental exposure, and expected lifecycle before selecting a specific series.
Standalone Panel PC (HMI)
The Winmate Standalone Panel PC (HMI) Series is designed for fixed industrial workstations that need Windows-based computing, touch interaction, and direct connection to factory software and equipment. It supports machine control, SCADA visualization, MES terminals, diagnostics, production monitoring, work instructions, and operator applications that require more local processing than a lightweight embedded HMI. Current configurations combine Intel® Core™ processing with projected-capacitive touch, true-flat front surfaces, front-side environmental protection, industrial connectivity, and VESA or panel-mount integration. Display sizes from approximately 15 to 24 inches provide enough workspace for dashboards, alarms, production information, machine status, and software interfaces without moving into the footprint of a large supervisory display. The Standalone Panel PC Series is therefore best positioned as a general Windows industrial workstation for machine-side and factory-floor deployment rather than as a specialized smart-building HMI, embedded ARM interface, or large-format visualization system.

Android Standalone Panel PC (HMI)
The Winmate Android Standalone Panel PC Series is designed for industrial and commercial applications that use Android-based software instead of a conventional Windows desktop environment. Its ARM-based architecture and large P-CAP touch displays support purpose-built operator applications, equipment monitoring, dashboards, kiosks, production information, and touch-first workflows. Current models include 19-, 21.5-, and 24-inch configurations with ARM processor options ranging from established A53 platforms to newer A78/A55 architectures. Flat edge-to-edge touch surfaces, industrial connectivity, and front-side protection make these systems suitable for fixed operator stations, equipment interfaces, interactive terminals, and app-driven factory applications. The Android Standalone Panel PC should be selected when the software architecture is intentionally mobile- or app-centric. Projects that depend on traditional Windows SCADA, MES clients, legacy industrial drivers, or desktop engineering software are generally better suited to the Windows Standalone Panel PC Series.

Standalone Panel PC (Big size & P-CAP)
The Winmate Standalone Panel PC (Big Size & P-CAP) Series is designed for industrial applications that require a large visual workspace rather than a compact machine-side display. With display sizes from approximately 27 to 43 inches, the series supports supervisory dashboards, production-line visualization, process monitoring, control-room interfaces, plant status displays, and other information-rich industrial software. Current configurations combine Intel® Core™ processing with projected-capacitive multitouch, high-resolution displays, true-flat front surfaces, industrial I/O, and rugged aluminum construction. The larger screen area allows operators and supervisors to view multiple information zones, trends, alarms, process diagrams, camera feeds, and production indicators without dividing the workflow across several smaller displays. The Big Size Series is therefore best suited to fixed supervisory and visualization stations. Applications that require close-range machine control in a smaller footprint are generally better served by the standard Standalone Panel PC Series.
